1. Why are you asking for our past guest reviews?
To help your experience perform better from the start. Reviews build trust and boost conversions, especially when a listing is new and hasn’t gathered Headout reviews yet.
2. Where will these reviews appear?
The reviews will be displayed on your experience page on Headout.com, clearly labeled as a Verified partner review.
3. Will these reviews replace reviews collected on Headout?
No. These are meant to support your listing during its early stages. Once your experience gathers more than 30 reviews on Headout, we’ll stop showing your imported reviews.
4. Can I choose which reviews are displayed?
You can share your past guest reviews in one of these ways:
- Import from your website
- Import from Tripadvisor
- Upload a file with internal guest reviews
If you select Tripadvisor, we'll simply import all relevant reviews from the last 6 months. They'll only be applied to your newly listed experiences on Headout and will be removed once you get 30 reviews on our platform. These may include positive, neutral, and critical reviews. Authenticity provides a fair perspective to users. If you plan to upload a file with internal guest reviews, you can use this template if you'd like. We recommend sharing reviews for all your newly listed experiences on Headout, including any you plan to add in the future. Just make sure each review clearly maps to a specific experience.
To make things easy, our form included in the email has all the necessary fields and instructions to guide you through the process. It’s the quickest way to get started.
5. What if I don’t want to share reviews?
Of course, that's completely alright! You can simply choose to not opt in for this feature.
8. How long will the reviews be displayed?
Once your experience gathers more than 30 reviews on Headout, we’ll stop showing your imported reviews.
9. How do I share my reviews?
Fill out the form shared on mail, choose your preferences, and we’ll handle the rest.
