Want to score a sweet deal on your next adventure? Applying your coupon code is a breeze! Just follow these steps at checkout:
- On the checkout page, find the "Have a promo code?" option below the "Guest details" form.
- Click on it, enter your coupon code, and hit apply.
- Your discount will appear on the right side of the page.
- Once applied, enter your payment details and click "Confirm & Pay" to complete your booking.
Important:
- You’ll need to be signed into your Headout account to use a coupon code. Click "Sign In" at the top right of the page to log in.
- Coupon codes can’t be applied after booking—but if your code is still valid, you can use it next time!
Common Coupon Code Issues & How to Fix Them
If your coupon isn’t working, here’s why it might be acting up:
- Expired Validity: The code has expired and can no longer be used.
- Usage Limit Reached: Most codes can only be redeemed once. If you’ve already used it, it won’t work again.
- Sign-In Required: Make sure you’re logged in before applying your code. You can sign in using your email or Facebook.
- Product-Specific Codes: Some codes are valid only for certain experiences. A Dubai-exclusive code, for instance, won’t work for Paris attractions.
