If you’re sure about deleting your account, here’s how you can do it after logging in with your registered email:
- On the Headout app or mobile site: Tap the Account icon (bottom-right) → go to Settings → select Delete Account.
On the website: Click your profile icon (top-right) → select Delete Account from the dropdown.
Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
A few things to keep in mind:
Deleting your account means saying goodbye to your booking history, saved details, Headout credits, and any other perks you’ve collected. Once it’s gone, it can’t be recovered. But don’t worry—you can always create a new account anytime.
