The rescheduling policy for any Headout experience follows its cancellation policy. If cancellations are allowed for your experience, rescheduling may also be possible. However, if an experience is non-cancellable, rescheduling won’t be an option.
That said, in some cases, even if a booking can’t be cancelled, rescheduling may still be allowed. While in some cases, we may be able to cancel your booking, rescheduling may not be an option. This varies by experience and availability.
If your booking qualifies for rescheduling, you can check available slots and submit a request through the "Manage Booking" section in your Headout account.
If your reservation is outside the rescheduling window, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate your request. In rare cases, we can forward it to our local operator, but approval is at their discretion and not guaranteed.
