The amendment policy for any Headout experience is aligned with its cancellation policy. At this time, modifying the type of tour or its inclusions is only possible by canceling and rebooking.
If you’ve checked the cancellation policy for your booked experience and your reservation is eligible, go ahead and cancel your existing booking. You can then rebook new tickets or tours based on availability.
If your reservation is past the cancellation window, any modification request is subject to the discretion of our local operator. While we can’t promise approval, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
