If you’d like a payment receipt for your Headout booking, just reach out to our support team—we’ll send it your way. Right now, receipts are available only upon request.
Your receipt will include:
- Lead guest details
- Experience info—tour name, visit date, and number of participants
- Total amount paid (including currency)
Heads up: Headout being an online marketplace cannot issue a tax invoice for the Bookings.

Will the convenience fee be mentioned in the receipt?
No, the convenience fee will not be mentioned on the receipt. However, if your experience includes a convenience fee, you’ll see it listed separately as a "Booking fee" during checkout. If not, it’s covered in the product inclusions on the experience page.
