How to Cancel Your Booking?
If cancellations are allowed:
- Head to our Help Page or the "My Bookings" section on our app or website.
- Follow the simple steps to cancel—no hassle, no confusion.
What Happens Next?
Once your cancellation is confirmed:
- Refund Processing – Expect your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
- Confirmation Email – A confirmation will land in your inbox once the process is complete.
- Double-check your status: Log in to your Headout account and look under “Bookings.” If it says “Canceled,” you’re all set!
Need to check your cancellation deadline?
Say your experience starts at 11 AM on December 7th with a 24-hour cancellation policy. You’ll need to cancel before 10:30 AM on December 6th to be eligible for a refund.
