Getting Your Refund
The moment your reservation is canceled, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email. Once processed, your refund typically takes 2 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
If you don’t see the refund in your account within this timeframe, we recommend reaching out to your bank with the reference number from your confirmation email—they’ll be able to track it for you.
Refund to a Different Card
For security reasons, refunds can only be sent back to the original payment source. Here’s what that means for you:
Card discontinued? No worries! As long as the bank account linked to it is still active, your refund will go through.
Account closed? We’ve got you covered! We can issue the full refund as Headout credits, which you can use to book any experience across multiple cities.

It’s been 7 days, and I haven’t received my refund or a confirmation email. What should I do?
We’re really sorry for the delay! Refund processing times depend on your payment method and currency at the time of booking. We recommend sharing your Reference Number with your bank for the latest update on your refund status.
Where can I find my Reference Number once the refund is processed?
