What is Flexible Cancellation?
Flexible Cancellation is an optional add-on that gives you extra freedom when booking experiences that normally have strict no-cancellation policies. If plans change, you can cancel without the usual stress.
How it works:
- Pay a small premium (a percentage of the booking price) at the time of booking.
- Cancel up to 24 hours before your experience if needed.
- Get a refund of your original booking amount minus the premium.
- Important: Flexible Cancellation must be selected when you book.
How to add Flexible Cancellation:
- On eligible experience pages, look for “Unsure of your travel plans?” during checkout.
- Opt in and pay the small premium.
- If you cancel later, you’ll receive your refund as described above.
Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility: Must be purchased at booking.
- Smart Ticket Hiding: Tickets remain hidden on your voucher until close to the experience date (usually 24 hours before).
- Cancellation Deadline: Cancel within the allowed timeframe and get your money back (minus the premium) with no questions asked.
- Refund Amount: Original booking amount minus the premium paid.
- Non-Transferable: Valid only for this booking.
- Guidelines: If any part of the ticket is redeemed before cancellation, the plan becomes void and standard cancellation policies apply.
