Meeting Point Information
The meeting point is where your adventure begins! It’s the designated spot where you’ll check in before your experience starts.
Before Booking
Wondering where to go? You’ll find meeting point details on the experience page under the ‘My Tickets’ section. You’ll find a Google Maps link under the ‘Where?’ section on each experience page — it’ll point you straight to the meeting spot.
After Booking
Once you’ve booked your experience, the meeting point details will be available:
1. In Your Confirmation Email – Look for ‘Important Information’ and ‘Meeting Point’ sections.
2. On the Headout App/Website – Navigate to ‘Bookings’ > ‘Important Instructions - Meeting Point’.
Note: Some experiences may not list the meeting point on the website. In that case, check your final voucher for details.
Transfers & Pickup Details
Want to know if transfers are included? Check for the ‘Transfers Included’ tag under the product name on the experience page. More details can be found under ‘My Tickets’.
Note:
- Pickup may be from your hotel or a designated location.
- Some experiences have limited pickup points.
- You might need to share your pickup details while booking.

What if I’m running late? Will the guide wait for me?
Guided tours run on a schedule, so the guide may not be able to wait. If you're delayed, contact the tour operator using the details in your confirmation email.
How far is the meeting point from the venue?
Most meeting points are within a 5 to 10-minute walk from the venue. Your confirmation email will include a Google Maps link for easy navigation.
Can't spot your guide at the meeting point?
No worries! Give them a call on the on-ground number shared in your confirmation email. You can also find their contact details under "Partner Details" in your booking on the Headout app.
