Many Headout experiences offer discounted pricing for children, infants, and seniors. If a specific age group qualifies for free entry at the venue, you might not need to purchase a ticket. You’ll find these details under the "Know Before You Go" section on the Headout Experience page.
The information will also be available on the checkout page. Here’s how you can spot the individual prices for reduced tickets (like child, student, or senior rates):
- Pick a date and check availability for your experience.
- Select your preferred time slot and tour option.
- At checkout, you’ll see pricing details and ticket options for infants, children, and seniors.
Note: Right now, we’re unable to offer discounts based on other criteria, such as for disabled persons or military personnel.
Got questions? We've got answers!
Do I need to book tickets for individuals eligible for free entry?
For most experiences, guests who qualify for free entry just need to bring a valid photo ID. You’ll find specifics when selecting the number of participants or in the "Know Before You Go" section on the experience page.
If a ticket is required for children between 3 to 7 years old, does that include children who are exactly 3 years old?
Yes! If your child is 3 years old on the day of the visit, they’ll need a ticket as per the specified age category.
I missed adding a child ticket to my booking. Can I buy it now?
Most experiences we offer don’t allow you to book just the reduced-price (senior or child) ticket. Be sure to double-check the passenger type before you book, as we won’t be able to add these tickets later.
The good news is - If your booking allows cancellations, you can always cancel and rebook (subject to availability) for the right ticket type.
