Most experiences on Headout come with instant confirmation, and your voucher is automatically sent to your email from bookings@headout.com once your purchase is complete. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. You can also log in to the Headout app or website with your registered email to access your voucher directly.
To check if your experience includes instant confirmation look for the "Instant Confirmation" icon under the product name on the experience page. If you see this, your tickets are typically sent within 5 minutes of booking—though in some cases, it may take up to 30 minutes.
If you haven’t received your tickets within the estimated timeframe, please don’t make a new booking just yet. Instead, reach out to our chat support team first. Duplicate bookings cannot be canceled or refunded unless they fall under our cancellation policy.
Note: For some experiences, ticket delivery may take longer—especially if your booking is for a future date (typically more than two weeks away). In such cases, our local partner processes your tickets closer to the experience date. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with an estimated delivery timeline.

What if I don’t receive my tickets within 30 minutes?
We’re sorry for the delay! If your tickets haven’t arrived yet, reach out to our support team, and we’ll get an update for you. Rest assured, your tickets will be sent before your experience date and time.
My booking status says "Pending" on the website. Does this mean my booking isn’t confirmed?
Not at all! A "Pending" status means your booking is confirmed, but we’re waiting on final details from our tour operator before sending your tickets.
