Most Headout experiences don’t require a printed ticket—just show your mobile voucher and you’re good to go! Look for the "Mobile ticket" icon on the experience page to check if this applies to your booking.
Some tour operators do require printed tickets. If you don’t see the mobile icon, it means a physical copy is needed. To confirm your ticket type, head over to the "My Tickets" on the experience page.
Pro Tip: No printer? No problem. Try printing your tickets at your hotel reception or a nearby FedEx store.

I can’t print my tickets. Can I print them at the venue?
Unfortunately, if a venue requires printed tickets, they may not offer printing services on-site. We always recommend checking logistics before booking to avoid last-minute stress.
